We enjoy working with Ewan and his team.  They bring a friendly, pragmatic and collaborative approach to projects. Their knowledge and experience from multiple sectors has proved invaluable in dealing with unforeseen issues when they arise during the design process and on site.

We have worked with Helica on a number of refurbishment projects within our schools estate where they acted as Principal Designer and provided Programme Management services. Helica’s knowledge and experience ensured our projects were designed safely, while understanding the need to minimise disruption and keep our schools operational. Their friendly, flexible approach is enjoyable to work with and their contribution to the project team was very much valued. We have worked with Helica (Scotland) Ltd for many years now and have found Ewan and his team great to work with. Helica provide clerk of works services on our behalf and we find their reports to be comprehensive, clear and concise making it really easy to see what issues, if any, there are. We like their attention to detail, communication and ensuring that issues are dealt with and closed off. On completed developments we have used Helica in a trouble shooting capacity to get to the nub of the problem and identify a clear pathway to resolution and repair.
