We collate any identified risks to the project through a risk register and flag up potential constraints or delays which may impact on both the budget and delivery time of the project.

We monitor risks and any opportunities which may arise during the project. We can re-evaluate the scheduling of activities throughout the programme to minimise any impact on project timescales.

Optimising the scheduling delivers a programme which gives the client a realistic timeframe from project initiation to completion.

We are able to offer programming and scheduling using tools that are compatible across different industries such as Microsoft Project, Powerproject and Project Commander.
