Blar Mhor Housing Development, Fort William

114 no. New Build affordable housing with a mix of houses & flats on outskirts of Fort William at the foothills of Ben Nevis

Helica has been providing Clerk of Works services on the Blar Mhor housing development on the outskirts of Fort William for The Highland Council and Highland Housing Association. The project involves the construction of 117 new build affordable housing units with a mix of 2 bedroom houses, 3 bedroom houses and flatted properties. The properties are being handed over to the Client in 5 phases from July 2022 until April 2023. A second development of 120 housing units at the Blar Mhor site is due to commence where Helica will continue to provide Clerk of Works services.
