18 no. New Build affordable housing flats & reconstruction of Raining’s Stairs in the centre of Inverness

Construction of 6 affordable rented flats for The Highland Council and 10 mid market rent flats for the Highland Housing Alliance. The site was confined, within the city centre and had a level difference of 27m across the site. The flats were therefore extremely challenging to build. The project has won multiple awards from the RIAS, Inside Housing, Scottish Civic Trust and others.
